Yes. I came late, so missed the infield huddle. The one thing I think the BODs unanimously agreed upon was to ensure the deal would go ahead without providing the terms of the agreement to the market, while also preventing shareholders to have a vote on the agreement. After that was settled they gave me fluff.
While you could argue that if this agreement goes pear shaped it is on their heads, what I suspect is that they are just preparing us for more bad news.
