I would think this capital raise will fall.
The only way for BFC to survive with growth and move forward there would need to be a complete Board overhaul,
To many past failures, poor acquisitions, poor handling of shareholders funds.
Company has lost all credibility from investors , I don’t see a turn around if board remains, simply no trust.
Once bitten twice shy sac the saying goes.
