You should expect China NDRC Shanghai approval because without their approval, WAPRC can not remit $100 million from China to ANS-Australia as per revised acquisition agreement. Mbalam convention extension is an extra bonus and not part of the acquisition condition signed in July 2019 and extended to 30 June 2020.

Wishing good luck to SDL holders regardless who is the ultimate acquirer.
