not sure if you are interested in alternative health and researching supplements but you might want to check out calcium. I’m not a doctor so not giving advice but there’s a bit of research around it’s value and it’s risks. I know some people prefer to follow their doctor and you might prefer that. In theory though you can get enough calcium from the right food. Stuff yourself with kale for example. Also in theory the doctor should check your vitamin d levels because if they are too low the calcium doesn’t absorb easily. Also magnesium deficiency is associated with osteoporosis. If you like science this might be interesting. Were you the one who talked about cramp a while ago? That can be to do with magnesium as well

I am slowly getting schooled in all of this by a friend who’s knowledge is amazing. He had cancer and refused surgery. He took a range of supplements he had researched and when he went back to the dr who wanted to chop him up he was cancer free and has been for years. Weirdly he was bald on top with greying hair. He’s now got this hilarious downy black hair growing where once was bald. So I figure I can’t lose by trying. A few health challenges I have had have diminished and I’m new on the journey.

for what it’s worth but shared in case
