There’s no inflation (interest) in your 99m calc. I thought it would likely end up all in about 290m aud by the time legals and interest was considered, but who knows. Guess we will all find out over the next 12 months or so.
One wonders if Bayan wouldn’t consider offering a settlement to be done with it. It doesn’t appear that WEC are claiming for future lost earnings
