Revenge probably doesn't have anything to do with it. Williams is a major shareholder and probably just wants to see the company succeed. Current board doesn't seem to have a clue. Standard of disclosure to the market is poor, so it is hard to judge for sure. With Jan Hope having run a PR firm, one would have hoped she'd do a better job of communicating what the hell the company is doing. The new directors have experience getting operations up and running, particularly low-grade gold mines. Also, it is a bit silly that the CEO is not on the board.
