The below should answer your question, they were able to capitalise the first two interest payments into the loan (ie not pay the interest in cash but add it to the principal).
You can for example go to the Q3, 2018 cash flow (appendix 5B) and see they elected not to pay the interest and capitalise it. I think back then we ‘thought’ the interest was included into the ‘acquisition of PPE’ line.. but they seem to have elected not to pay the interest and capitalise it into the loan.
