If it does it's not oil that's moving down it's just theb USD strengthening.

i think once the banks declare their finacial losses sometime in September there's a strong chance the USD will reverse and commodities climb again.
The bankcrupt negative net worth banks can run but they wont be hiding behind their losses any longer this month.
