Been away (still am). I haven't had a chance to read many posts and have not gone for the spp but to me it appears management is not encouraging retail holders to participate. I have observed that retail holders have less importance to FAR these days than the big holders, so this could be further indication things have shifted. Personally I'm not surprised. Happens to all small companies as they grow and need a lot of funding.
Will be interesting to see how well the 30 million on the spp goes. Under subscribed is the expectation. If they actually get the money you'd have to ask who actually bought. Didn't download the spp form. Can someone confirm you can apply for more than your allowance in case of a shortfall? Wondering if it could be a mechanism for the big players to buy more at a low 4.25?
Oh well, guess all will be revealed soon enough.
