Plenty of down rampers here with ulterior motives, essentially regurgitating the same facts. Why someone who supposedly has no stake in the business has the need to constantly tune in and respond to every single comment is beyond me. You either have a lot of time on your hands or you are obviously short.

Directors sell shares for a variety of reasons ( tax purposes etc.) They buy shares,however, for a single reason -i.e. They back the business. 200k + purchases by non-exec directors is a big buy by any measure.
I cannot for the life of me,understand, why directors with intricate knowledge of the business ( far more than the those above ^^),would make these purchases unless they had faith in the business. They are privy to far more than you or I.

IMHO only of course.
