If we look at takeovers - which of the big boys would want to take it. They would want a business that had an adequate milk supply not one desperately short of milk to make its cheese etc. A lot of the big boys don't have cheese facilities and would poroibablky want to dispose of them and then what is left? A board spill or a winding up of the company due to massive debt seems to be the only options left.
