At this point I've honestly written off my shares in ISX. Seems to me the most likely conclusion is ISX continues to operate privately or they focus on a listing in another country. I'll admit I'm not sure what implications the ASX delisting will have on opportunities to list in foreign jurisdictions. Anyone with any knowledge or understanding in this area, would love to hear your inisghts.

Whether ISX has to become a private entity or can be listed elsewhere will have a pretty material affect on what our shares are worth. I've just accepted as a default, the investment is gone infidelity.

In my opinion it is still too early to say that the investment is gone. It is obviously a possibility but I do not think that the ASX found the smoking gun that they wanted. I assume ASIC is still investigating and they may find something.

I am looking forward to seeing what information comes out of the court case. Hopefully it will provide information on who the ASX has been in contact with.
