The upper line has been resistance.

Needs to break the line. But more importantly is $3.89.

$3.89 is key.

Been looking at the chart and see a potential "Cup and Handle" formed since August 2019.

The handle is a little too deep however. But still good to keep it in mind. As if it turns out, it can make TLS got to $4.40.

But again, for this pattern, $3.89 is key. Professionals usually buy on a break of $3.89.

The rise can be quite rapid if it happens.

If it is not a Cup and Handle, if TLS can't overcome the upper resistance line, there could be a long downside lurking all the way down to $3.40 and even $3.00.

This is an important time for TLS.
