Of course they are, the unit already in service will be suppling 3 phase which 1 phase to neutral will be at 240vac.
The unit at that farm is 415vac that’s phase to phase but phase to neutral = 240vac for all the single phase needs at the establishment. Meaning general lighting & power usage. The 3 phase 415 vac may be for water pumps for the irrigation system.
The VFRB is the storage unit what you do after that is how you transform the voltage to your needs.
