Committed to the project and finance in the air? yes that's where we sit just before the meeting and if you are unsure about any of the above please ask at the meeting and if I'm right please ask why they didn't inform the market.
Definitely committed to the project , finance is only in the air with regards to the final amount of the Senior debt, not whether we have finance..as FID is now in the public arena and the Company has announced it will update on the Project and finance on Monday is probably why they haven't specifically updated on FID, just a more comprehensive update coming and is looking very likely to include an arbitration result IMO.
They have not said the EGM is postponed, or that the placement can't go ahead because of no finance , or they can't FID, all of which are material and would need to be updated on. Its often what they don't say that's more important....
I'm not sure if the have a general question time at EGM's, usually very few turn up anyway.
