Yes it is obvious there are plenty of devices in the MAD market , but their efficacy is around 50% where as the Oventus O2 vent coupled with its ExVent valve can achieve 78% efficacy , and soon to be released O2 vent connect is 100% which is the same as CPAP .
As vegantacos mentions compliance is the other variable in determining patient outcomes , there is higher compliance with the O2 vent compared to CPAP

Interesting to see you as a dental professional with such a different perspective of OVN compared to OVNs presentations either OVN is wrong or you are wrong .
Good to have alternative views , as I get no way to stress test the viability of a theory from back slapping and only positive affirmation
now I would like to see your evidence .
I agree cashflow burn needs to be cut , OVN, needs a big shake to maximise productivity per $ of human resources.
