Hi SP it's based purely on this posted yesterday, which unsubstantiated but does fit within the arbitration timetable and FAR holding off a finance and project announcement to Monday...we will find out, but Malcy wouldn't tweet this for the fun of it and has good connections...
"the review is being held and the award will be handed down 16th to 20th Jan, according to Malcy."
