A draft announcement has been prepared and has been submitted to ASX providing an update on the status of the suspension and the company’s strategy to have the shares resume trading on ASX.
ASX have requested several changes to our draft ASX announcement, primarily diluting down what we have done over the past several months in seeking to address there concerns on the transaction, and these are now being reviewed by our lawyers. The revised draft is with our lawyers and we hope to have turned around ASAP and released to the market this week.
I anticipate that the announcement will provide the much needed clarity to shareholders moving moving forward.
