Agree with all of the above. And while the arbitrage opportunity is greater this time in, creating a greater incentive to take up in full, last cap raise was taken up by 3500 holders. I'd guess there would be more shareholders on the register at June 19 compared to the 2018 raise, however it gives a bit of a base to start (SPP raising amount was also raised by 25% however I'm unsure if the 2018 SPP mentioned 'capped at' or aims to raise).
I guess only time will tell - imo you may get 1/3 of allocations, but who really knows.
