Just going back over the various announcements regarding CST Capital Pty Ltd (CST Investment Fund) and they show the following:

8.7.19 Top 20 Share holder notice CST held 26,461,279 shares
30.09.19 CST converted notes for an additional 35,962,286 shares (at .035c)
22.10.19 CST converted notes for an additional 27,086,429 shares (at .035c)
23.12.19 CST converted notes for an additional 14,128,541 shares (at .037c)
16.01.19 CST purchased (collateral) 10,000,000 shares (at .052c)

This leaves as we know $990,000 in notes and 20,000,000 collateral shares.

The shares which CST has converted and purchased since 8.7.19 total 113,638,535 which if they were all retained would likely push CST over 5% and require a notice. One would expect however that they have been selling since 8.7.19 as this is the normal approach but cannot understand the purchase at .052c as the $990,000 balance gave more than enough scope to convert notes at a discount and receive more shares for the same money.

It would be interesting to know how many shares CST currently hold and perhaps this is something to ask your broker and then share here if you see fit.

Anyway very interesting to ponder.
