If we win we have the right to purchase and WPL have to unscramble the egg. In reality WPL couldn't do this without causing all sorts of issues with the project so the consensus is WPL will settle quickly.

One thing i am confident on is finding a partner to sell to will be alot easier now we have FID and based on talks with our GEO after is we (FAR) continue to have a good relationship with Cnoc and still are working together with regular meetings

the above JIMO regarding PE if successful.

another point was made the ICC will answer the question of rights NOT an award, that is the next step.

if this thing continues and if WPL and FAR do not do a deal. IMO this is a small risk but it is a risk...........we are back to court.
