US DOW futures are up 274. Going gangbusters alright. Why?
Perhaps this gov Freddie and Fannie bailout thing might be more significant than we realise.
I suppose that means Freddie and Fannie will be lending again and people will be buying houses again.
Could this be that start of a US housing lead recovery? That should be good for resources too. Maybe this will rally right up to the US election?
Anyone got another take on this?
