DB the words shocked me as well but Nick said "Very loose" and "Old" i respect him for saying it that way because he didn't have to. It doesn't change things unless you are under the impression it is a 100% COS. Very loose doesn't necessary mean a disaster it means we need the world court to sort out the intent. DB i believed we were wronged without a doubt (thats why they went arb) If the contract wasn't loose we wouldn't be in court.because they wouldn't have been able to sell without offering us PE rights.
I think it was loose and that enabled them to give us an a4 bit of paper.
When Nick says loose i believe him.
