You know the saying, you know a person via their words, which are the Spirit of you, expression of. Hence the Bible tells one, to have the Spirit (word) of Jesus in you.
Or you are what you eat -> bible tell us, we are to eat God's word and live forever.
Adam and Eve got tossed out of the Garden and had to start growing their food, food of the Flesh, along with sweat and blood
Your actions as is your word, forms, starts from within and I would suggest those actions are influenced via the word you let in.
Word is the whole theme, message of the Bible. Now then, keep that thought in mind, look around us today, face book, twitter, net etc, Trump lol,....centers around word, words and as you would know, it's destroying many, sending them crazy etc etc -> war of words.
