Under the terms of the GEM funding facility ,The number of shares GMV can draw down is capped at 1000% of the average daily number of GMV shares traded on ASX during the 15 trading days prior to that draw down notice .
Going on the last 15 days trading, the average daily volume is 133,112 , so 1000% of that equates to a maximum of 1,331,120 shares , at circa 8c ...$106K... nowhere enough volume traded for a decent draw down amount, so the Dr facilitated an off market share transfer of a large enough number of shares to obtain $1M funding.
