Given he may be the only logical buyer and competition is more intense, I doubt it's worth much more than A80m on current numbers. We could see a big move up in VIP turnover, as the turnovrr got hit transitioning junkets, which would help, but basically given DSV only made A1m in Oct its not looking great for H1. Oh and lets not forget the Cambodian arbitration decision the Vendor got which pretty much freezes Star Vegas as no buyer would touch it. Even if DNA wins in the appeal court, the Vendor will challenge in the Supreme court which will freeze the asset another year.
