I sent a copy of the recent IGE announcement "Funding update $US300m.............." to the Carroll County Economic Development Corporation and asked if Mr. Hogan of IGP had been in touch with them. This is the reply:
"Thank you for the information. We have not communicated with Mr. Hogan for three years. We are no longer managing this project. Thanks again for passing this along" Signed by an Executive Director.
