Its kind of a good way both ways really.
If Trump still focusses on Greenland and/or GGG for security REE supply if the deal doesnt go through. I suspect added interest.
But if a deal is done then US is most likely back to a similar Chinese reliance for REEs which is also good for GGG via demand for product.
The former more sudden. The latter delayed.
