it does say SIGNIFICANT CONTRACT so I do believe it is a significant one as from their perspective. Brett is an experience lawyer so I do believe he knows how to differentiate “significant contract”. We didn’t get such wording in that Guangzhou $45m deal? Nor the Cyclone’s new $17m contract and ofc significant contract doesn’t need to be in monetary term, could be relationship side with Haidilao. If contracted with someone unknown then I wouldn’t see it as significant.
