Please, please all, please read the documents. Milestone #1 is no indicator of success on its own. It was simply an initial feasibility study deriving an NPV (10%) of $200MM for the project - a simple estimate. The Directors get their shares (1/3 of their total reaching Milestone #1) regardless of what the share price is. They did not perpetuate fear; they are not delaying announcements. They are sitting on a potential gold mine and are not taking any shortcuts.
