Yeah that wasn't worded correctly at all. But given the nature of such drilling , I think there is more of a delay in it's delivery . Alot of momentum had left the market going back to that last drilling announcement, I did think that drop from the Iran incident was an entry point but there was no legs in it even after the proactive video.
And if reading what other posters think that the directors have lowered the price to get more shares themselves , that there is a law suit in the making.
