I believe some of the VCSEL stuff is ours as well, I don't know what percentage of that US$5.5Billion we would get? but some of the IP gets us 6% and some of it 3%
the figures could add up to a substantial royalty for us I believe, IQE seem very excited, even though the last year has been slow, it looks like picking up big time in the next few years, put ZS-Si in with that and it may mean a lot of money for SLX especially if we got two bites of the cherry, one for making the Zero Spin Silicon and perhaps more for IQE to make the chips, perhaps as Virtual ZS-Si?
People need to start looking at where this may go IMHO.
