So if J.R's 15m shares are the performance shares given to him it can't really be counted as a directors purchase or a sign of good things to come. It means no increase in director activity over the last year, all that's happened is 18m were offloaded by the ascent brothers (or at least one of them) and no increase. is this correct ?
