if AXO doesnt put out a statement today in relation to how Merrill got those shares i will be putting a complaint into both the ASX and ASIC.

for Merrill to become a substantial holder that got the shares from someone, so that someone should come clean and say what happened to their stock.

the manipulation of this share over the past few months has been blantent with the intent of pushing the price down. if the ASX doesnt do something about this they could be in trouble.
