If anyone has watched "Capitalism: A Love Story" by Michael Moore, then i think their view of the system in general will lend to questions being asked as to the integrity of the ASX. The democratic system that we all abide by is somewhat lost as we climb higher, and higher up the ladder, to a place where totalitarianism takes over. I'm not suggesting this is the case, but we would be naive to not consider it, and naive to think that any entity is impervious to corruption. Like say board members having conflicts of interests, or dodgy hedge funds, for example.

Moreover the announcements from the ASX, in correspondence with ISX , it would be fair to say that the lack of transparency has been contemptible, Shareholders alike are not having their interests protected by the ASX, to the contrary, they are being hindered, and for what reason....oh yeah "price volatility"(umm what??hmm i would of thought if you wanted price volatility, an investment in a Wespac term deposit would do it). If anyone has any common sense during this court case, then it should be an open and shut slam for ISX.

ALSO! The incessant mud slinging, or blatant propaganda you could say, leaves me in good stead as it wreakes of desperation. Why would someone try so hard to saturate their opinions so relentlessly, it's because they are very worried, and i like that.

All in my humble opinion of course.
