I wrote literally hundreds of posts here warning people about this merger, questioned MC's real intentions and even said that the Chinese would end up grabbing this company for pennies on the dollar over a year ago. Just about everything I worried about publicly on HC came true right on the nose. I even tried to start a protest website but I was relentlessly and remorselessly shouted down and mocked by holders to the point I got modded for "asking too many questions" so I gave up. Heeman, Luanboo, etc. etc. Ask them why they championed Calderwood so heavily.
