If that is truly in an email from FAR management then it undermines my confidence in their management capability somewhat. I am going to assume you read it or spun it wrongly a bit like the "positioned to be fully funded" statement in your eyes meant fully funded or that PC statements about FARs claimed rights in their PE dispute notice in your eyes were about all PE rights.
You have a biased way that you interpret things differently to me at times. Is the email unable to be shared? What question was posed exactly?
Im sure many would appreciate you sharing an unfiltered communication with minor redactions.
