I have to be blunt with you here dolci.

Your first post above to FF was a clear manipulation of what he was saying....Here's a tip; putting words in someone's mouth is never a good look.
The link did not mention BRN; because it wasn't about BRN! It was all about Socionext wanting to be ahead of the pack on the edge. So not only is this a very important sneak peek at the direction being taken by them BUT IT IS THE EXACT SAME DIRECTION BEING TAKEN BY US. Now good things should come of all this.

I trust I've kept that simple enough.

Which brings me to the post by @Mr Tech Laden and @steve10 I believe they are pretty much answering your question. If you think contracts can be signed in less than 9 months after the release of the IP than strongly suggest you just stick to the charts. Case in point...remember a major Sth Korean company has been doing their own testing and due diligence, validating our results and then validating over again on their own propriety system. And this has probably been going on soon after the release of the ADE, not since the release of our IP in May 19.
