Why so hard to understand? Without the acquisition of NS, we can focus on Reduit and still make it a successful business. We don't want only promise, we need BOD to deliver. If directors resign because no acquisition, then it proves that they don't believe Reduit, OBJ's technologies and what they are telling us about the bright future of Reduit is a lie. In this case, voting no is definitely a right decision.

Most on here hold much less than 2m shares, yet make the most noise. Stump up $20k in the raise....you’ll actually maintain your % (ha ha) but this time a business worth something.
