Just a little correction to your statement. You refer to the BOD and "THEIR" business plan. Most contributors to this forum have shares in CXO. That makes us the owners. It also means it is OUR business plan. The BOD are actually our employees. Nit picking I know, but it's a quiet day at work so just thought I'd clarify that for you.
