After the event a bit. There was no need to refinance the loan, the company, in there wisdom done it now, the debt provider was happy to refinance really? And by the company paying out the loan, it's destroyed half the value of the shares, and thats acting in the interest of shareholders. When it was totally unnecessary to do it now. Did any of you at the meeting call this out
