Would that be the kinkkev aspect coming into play then I wonder?
I feel it too ...
-Building in layers of tension and focus that, instead of being released, find new - higher -levels of intensity until there is simply no other focus but that feeling ...and that feeling demands an answer .... but arghhh no... the tension builds anew?
As well as happening in trading halts before companies announce news that hopefully results in a flood of joyful release, it happens with research ...
The touching of a random name or event, returning to it and seeing it in new light - building information, turning it over, learning more of its background..... leaving it and coming back, etc etc
.....until one is close enough to inhale from its very armpits so to speak
Research is a useful way to distract from the unknowing of what will happen tomorrow because it gives something to do and sharpens the focus ....
And most recently - for me - revealed an unknown zone - the Azure Capital connection to both of the new note holders and the fact one of the two other original ones was sold around the same time Azure was engaged by Altura.
The fresh starts there incline me see potential for a new deal with new interest rates more appropriate to a company of Altura’s merit -
However low that ccc rating or whatever it was was, and even if lithium prices
do fall lower, Altura is no two bit fly by night, and experts say the tide is turning. Meanwhile it is safely achieving at least $550 per tonne (according to 2/12/19 announcement) for the next 24 months as the sector improves.
Why would current holders NOT want to refinance?
I have not turned anything up on Magy but Blackrock , as @jagardwin mentioned above just took up with SYA, and already has good feelings towards Altura from the last time it benefitted from supporting a capital raise.... so maybe it wants Magy’s notes and more?
My theory is to hope that many entities in the last few days have been offering lower interest rates and that the current note holders have undercutting them ...
And my policy is to enjoy the unknowing
