I think ML is in trouble that it cannot dump share in the market. However, the cost may be $0.20 only if the guy pledged 10 million shares in order to get $2 million loan.

Anyone imagine that AXO gives you one rights to buy 9 shares so it can get the financing. Then the share price would be $0.10 ??
