Though I reject JW's teachings about Christ they are good with their understanding of Bible prophecy
Here are some examples of prophecies by the founder Russell and Russell's successor Rutherford Note the contradictions and the failures. Of course nothing happened. Later it was predicted that the end would come in 1975. People lost heavily when they sold their worldly possessions and nothing happened. Then the end was supposed to come before the generation that was around in 1914 had died out. More recently young people have been discouraged from attaining tertiary education institutions because the end was coming soon and tertiary education would be pointless. Now the end is predicted to come "soon". This prediction has been made for 2,000 years.

To try to be fair to Watchtower your doctrine at least matches theirs in its internal contradictions, but is probably more benign than the Watchtower versions.
