    Line on a chart or no chart, the trend is down. If you believe that the market sets the price based on fundamentals the the price and the trend is down. Is it at a bottom, possibly but DTS still has financial trouble ahead. The quarterly may show some slight improvement but still need a lot more installations and/or contracts before their will be a change in trend or the fundamentals.
