Yes I agree Tiler. Get the public service to really work and not just 'turn up' for work. The NSW Labor pollies must ensure it has an efficent public service employed for the benefit of its constituency not for its own aggrandisment.
Where possible the public service should be privatised and their outlandish benefits be the same as those applicable to the private sector.
The time for 'feather bedding' the NSW Public Service is over!
