nsw politics in a right mess, page-24

the state governments should be abolished.........we are all australians.....living on this one big island....why should we pay for duplicated services....
we all speak the one language, its not like the 7 states are made up of different tribes, languages, different lifestyles is it ???

oh and no one seems to have picked up on the new national member in wa, he wants mineral royalties directed to the district whence they came.....hello....everyone is happy with that one....but how about all taxpayers provide the funds that WA relies on,, ie from federal government funds that we all contribute to....
if the nat wants the royalties to just go there, then they should not expect handouts from us people over in the east,
oh and all taxpayers have paid the cost for mining for the past 100 years, the mining industry received huge tax incentives and rebates to support the industry, now the industry is finally reaping the benefits...but that nat wants to keep the benefits for wa alone.....
