Balaton cannot have more credability than Altech management. And that is pretty low, otherwise they would have pinned financing down ages ago. They keep on trickleraise capital in hopes that eventually they will have raised the equity component, but in reality costescalation in the capex and ongoing general expenses en KfW ticking fees probably outruns what they are raising yearly.
Let's face it, if this project is as golden as they claim, they are grossly incompetent. And then I am being nice.
The other option is that the smart money does not buy all claims aroudn the project.
