You can assume anything you like and often do but once again you are wrong. Check Ya's post today, at 10.47, the most FAR will need is USD $92 mm assuming they need to borrow all the development funds. The junior debt, if needed, won't be arranged for a few months yet.
BTW, has anyone who took part in the SPP had their shares allotted yet, still waiting on mine?
