swill, unfortunately Fat Profits "believed" the rubbish that management was telling them as did alot of others. Fat Profits had no reason to believe otherwise. Management are the shonky ones here not FP's.
After obtaining broker activity figures a few weeks prior to them going belly up, they revealed that their in house broker (Hartleys) was actually doing all the selling after taking stock in the placement. This was despite manaagement telling me that they were staunch supporters of the company. The figures didnt lie. This lead me to believe that those closest to the company knew what was going on and were bailing. I subsequently sold out mostly above 20c for about 8million shares.
